- All the payments should be made
through demand drafts or pay order, in favour of POWERON MARKETING,
payable at Cochin.
- Payment can also be made through major
credit cards.
- Distribution fee once paid will not be
refunded at any cost,Trimming may be applicable.
- No cash should be paid to any
individual and POWERON MARKETING, shall not be held responsible for
any loss due to non-compliance.
- 70% of the distribution fee will be
disbursed as commission Deduction from all the payouts will be 15%
including TDS.
- The membership is not transferable.
- The products in the packages may vary
from time to time depending upon the availability.
- Delivery of goods will be from our
Authorised Distribution centers only. Packing and forwarding charges
are extra and to be borne by the members.
- Members should not use PowerOn
trademarks, symbols. icons, slogans, or any supplied materials for any
purpose other than promoting PowerOn business.
- Confidential information like a
member's performance, down lines, incentive values and targets etc.
are updated on our websites www.poweronmarketing.biz from time to
time.
- Members can login with their password
to avail latest information's. However, PowerOn shall not be
responsible for any problems or consequences that may arise due to
leakage of confidential information caused by the disclosure of
password by members to others.
- Any member, who is indulging in
anything against PowerOn business, shall lose the membership instantly
and no explanation or claims will be entertained by the Company.
- Membership is valid for one year from
the date of joining and should be renewed every year. On renewal 60%
of the leg count will be carried over.
- Renewal of the site should be done
every year before expiry. The commission achieved after renewal only
will be paid. No accumulated commission will be paid.
- More than one site in the same name
and address will not be considered for losers protection and single
side income.
- Any disputes arising thereof in
respect to this agreement shall be subject to jurisdiction of the
Courts at Ernakulam only.
